Welcome to Rockstudio.co.uk!
Rockstudio is currently undergoing a bit of an overhaul at the moment, when we're back we will have a shed load of new, up to date content, spangly new design and a load of impressive bells and whistles to wet your web appetite.
The focus of the site will also be changing slightly, with a much stronger focus on the UK scene and the bands that we think you should be checking out when they head to a venue near you!
So to keep you all amused until the new site is up, we've put together a wee mini site for you with a bit of a preview of what's to come.
Keep rocking UK scenesters, we'll see you on the other side!

Showcased Bands
EXIT TEN
Reading-based band Exit Ten are a prime example of a talent that is yet to be truly appreciated. A powerful live entity, they execute a potent mix of metal and hardcore with deft time signatures and epic melodic vocals that imprint themselves on your memory. With influences that range from Emperor, In Flames and Dimmu Borgir right through to Radiohead and Jeff Buckley, they encapsulate a rich tapestry of sounds whilst making their own distinctive mark...
SUCIOPERRO
Rock has been ever evolving for years now; from the hazy, crazy days of the "sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll" of the 70s, to the tight-panted, big hair stadium rock of the 80s to early 90s grunge, then Britpop and now. So what is rock now? Very simple. Formulaic. It's bands with no heart and soul. Afraid to experiment and lay their hearts on their blooded sleeves. But it should be about taking the rough with the smooth and eventually making it beautiful, breath taking and bloody god damn exciting all at the same time. And if that sounds intriguing, well, that's just half of what Sucioperro are about...
